Handmade with Care ✨

All artworks are handmade reproductions of the designs shown on our website. While we carefully create each piece to match the original design, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur. These are natural features of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.

Conditions for returns:

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

• We do not accept returns for minor variations, as each piece is uniquely handmade.

• To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• If approved, the item must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the artwork will already be in production.

Custom Orders:

• Custom artworks are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without proof of successful return delivery.
