  You can share inspiration photos, themes, or details about your space.

1. Discussion & Approval

   
   We’ll connect with you through email or arrange a meeting to understand your vision in detail.
   After this final discussion and your approval, we’ll confirm your custom order.
   

2. Digital Preview & Quotation

   
   Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will create a digital preview/mock-up of your design.
   A quotation will be provided based on the complexity, size, and materials.

   
   After you approve the preview, we’ll begin handcrafting your artwork.

   
   

Important Notes:

• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as each piece is made especially for you.
  

• Production time may vary depending on the design and size. We will share an estimated timeline
  along with your quotation.
